VDH Lifting Clutches

VDH lifting clutches for professional lifting applications, specifically designed for lifting and handling precast concrete elements in combination with cast-in ball head anchors. The clutch mechanically locks into the anchor, ensuring a secure, play-free connection with optimal load transfer during lifting operations.

Thanks to its design, the clutch is 360° rotatable and up to 180° tiltable, allowing automatic alignment in the direction of the load and minimizing bending stresses. It is suitable for both vertical and angled loading within applicable standards and usage guidelines.

Manufactured from high-quality steel and designed for intensive use under demanding construction site conditions. Available with a working load limit (WLL) ranging from 1,300 kg to 10,000 kg. All specified values are in millimetres. Supplied as standard with a batch certificate and optionally available with a unique serial number and individual certificate.

Only use in combination with suitable and certified ball head anchors. WLL values depend on the load angle and anchoring conditions; refer to load charts for correct use. Always inspect for wear, deformation, or damage before use.
